Same-Date Appointment Change Time

Please note, if you need to request a change in appointment time, on the same date of the originally scheduled appointment, please send an email to interpreting@cilncf.org with as many of the following details as possible: 

  1. Job ID
  2. Name of Facility/Clinic for the Interpreting Service
  3. Old appointment date and time
  4. Appointment address
  5. New appointment time
  6. Client/Patient name
