Request Cancellation of an Appointment

Option A: If you have the original confirmation email, you can request an Appointment Cancellation by clicking on the Cancel Appointment button in the email.

Option B: If you do not have the confirmation email, please send a cancellation request to: interpreting@cilncf.org with as many of the following details as possible:

  • Job ID
  • Name of Facility/Clinic for the Interpreting Service
  • Appointment address
  • Appointment date and time
  • Client/Patient name
